Enclosed you will find a copy of the permit we pulled for a job at 188 Candlewood Dr..
After pulling the permit the customer decided not to have the work done by our company.
Per our conversation, you stated if we sent in a letter in regards to the job being cancelled
we could be refunded 50%of the cost of the permit. Please remit the refund to Aiello
Plumbing, Heating and A/C at 11 Wilson Ave, Windsor, CT 06095. Thanks for your
help in this matter.
