An on-site inspection of the above noted project has been made by this office along with the review of Independent Material Testing Laboratories Inc. field reports#1 through#26 for the above noted project, along with Dr. Clarence Welti, P.E., P.C. letter dated February 13,2001. As the above noted inspection reports indicate: the foundation, slab-on-grade, structural steel flaming, cold form metal framing,decking and sheathing have been completed. The outstanding item 01 noted in Independent Material Testing Laboratories Inc. report#26 regarding the tightening of anchor bolts for the interior column base plates has been reviewed by this office and found to be satisfactory. The concrete, steel and cold form metal framing conform to the requirements of the contact drawing, specifications and applicable State of Connecticut Building Code requirements.
