Johnson, Trustee 33 Murielle Drive South' Windsor, CT 06074 RE: WOOD PONDS ESTATES - Dear Mr. Johnson: Since September, we have been requesting certain information from you, and to date, you have successfully avoided these requirements. Based on an on-site meeting regarding the regrading of Abbe Road, we were assured that this could be done without affecting the Shabot property and that slope rights would not be needed. Your work in the road has in fact included some of the Shabot land. You will need slope rights for the easterly side of Abbe Road in this area. The planting of the street trees, in accordance with the regulations, has not been done. There have been ample promises regarding the alignment of Abbe Road. Since the request, September 6 , 1983, we have nothing. The as-built drawings for Section II were submitted with the subdivision drawings, and they do not reflect the present conditions. In Section III, you are the only one that knows where the buried utilities are. That leaves us and the home builder guessing. Merestone locations have been staked, but they still have not been set. Your reluctance, refusal or for whatever reason to comply leads one to believe that there is something wrong out there and to continue in this manner is not good. There have been a number of building permits taken out and houses are being built, but until you comply with the requests, new building permit requests will be denied.
