A Carrier Mod I #CK3BXA024 "A' coil will be installed on supply plenum. Interconnecting refrigerant lines will be run to a Carrier Model#38CKCO24 two ton, 10 S.E.E.R. condensing unit, set outdoors on a precast base. We will install an insulated metal and foil flex duct system with perimeter ceiling supplies and multiple interior ceiling retums. Furnace and coil will be set in a protective overflow pan with electronic overflow sensor. We will start and test system. Our price does not include electrical work or gas piping. All installed materials are warranteed for one year parts and labor, with an extended four year factory warranty on compressor and lifetime factory warranty on heat exchanger.
