Please be advised that the asbestos material at the above address has been
removed in compliance with the terms of the inspection report dated 10-30-02. The
building is cleared for demolition. The work was completed in a manner that was
compliant to the laws and regulations as set forth by both the U.S.E.P.A. and the
State of Connecticut Department of Health and Addiction Services; Asbestos
Division. Also adhered to, were the OSHA regulatory work practices as well as the
National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPS). The
material is to be hauled to an EPA approved landfill for asbestos waste by U.S.A.
Hauling 8 Recycling Inc. 184 Municipal Rd. Waterbury CT.
