This will refer to the existing situation in Lot #66 on Kent Lane, in
our Timber Knoll Subdivision in South Windsor.
Please be advised that T & M Building Company, Inc., upon issuance of
a temporary Certificate of Occupancy, will endeavor to correct the
overhead violation to the satiffaction of the Building Department and
the homeowner within the next 30 days.
