Recently I filed for a permit to do electrical work at. Xftd.Vor the Perras Family. I filed a permit for a
service upgrade(# 18233)and a permit to wire a jacuzzi and pool(# 18288). I completed the service upgrade and
wiring the jacuzzi and pool. Afterward,Mrs Perras discovered she had the wrong jacuzzi. She was told by
Juliano Pools that she could use it until her jacuzzi came in.The jacuzzi and pool was inspected by the Town
Official and passed inspection,for which I thank the town for their time.
On the day of 7/16/03,I placed a call to Mrs.Perras to see if she wanted me to disconnect and reconnect the
new jacuzzi and was told that Juliano Pools would do it. I informed Mrs.Perras that if Juliano Pools were to do it
that my permit would become null and void for that part of the installment due to the liabilty that the person who
connects the jacuzzi may not be a licensed electrician. Mrs.Perras asked Juliano Pools to hook up the new jacuzzi.
I would like it on record that CAMPION ELECTRIC informed the Town of South Windsor Building Dept of
what transpired and that as per discussed over the phone,we were to submit a letter stating what had happened. I
would also like it noted that my permit DOES NOT cover Juliano Pools installers for any installments.
I appreciate this letter being on file should any problems arise at a later date. Thank you for time concerning
this matter.
