Confirming our telephone conversation February 13, 2003, Bartlett
Brainard Eacott is in the process of finalizing final costs of the project
with Stop & Shop and is awaiting some remaining change orders. In
order to ensure that the affidavit of actual final cost is accurate, we
request an extension of thirty days for the beneficial occupancy,
which was previously granted. We anticipate that all the paperwork
will be finalized no later than March 14, 2003.
