Dear Mr. Mannarino:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of April 3, 2018,
approved the application for a Major Home Occupation to operate a two chair salon on property
located at 1325 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, CT. This approval is subject to the following
conditions:
1. Installation a flow meter for purposes of measuring water that comes from the business;
2. The business will be added to the Commercial billing list; and
3. A list of chemicals used for the business shall be provided.
