Sub: Regarding approval letter from HoA for minor Home Occupation Hi Joe, This is Karthik Dhanabalan and I own Unit#145 (58 Lexie Lane) in South Windsor Apartments. I am planning to do a small startup business from my home. I have explained below on what it is about and I would like to get an approval from the Home Owner's Association, so that I can proceed further with this. It is about selling small items (Kitchen Items, Home Improvements and small toys, etc.) online (Amazon FBA program). It will be purely online and there won't be any retail sales permitted in the unit. I will not be storing any items physically in the house as they will be directly stored in Amazon warehouses and fulfilled by Amazon. I will be the only one handling it and there are no additional employees.There won't be any visitors or vehicles related to Business entering the Community.All I will be doing is using my computer from one of the rooms in 2"d floor and doing product analysis and online orders.
