NOTICE OF VIOLATION

Dear Ms. Pacheco:
It has come to my attention that one of your tenants, King Smoke Shop,
has installed signage without obtaining zoning or building permits for the
signs.
The Town of South Windsor Zoning Regulations, in Table 6.5.8A Signs
Allowed in Commercial/Industrial Zones, regulate the size and location of
signs. A copy of the relevant section of the regulations is included for your
use, as well as a sign permit application. In particular, it appears that the
window signage may exceed that which is allowed under the regulations.
The presence of the window signs without the required permits is a
violation of the zoning regulations.
CORRECTIVE ACTION REQUIRED: Submit the enclosed permit application
by March 22, 2019 demonstrating compliance with the requirements in
Table 6.5.8A to avoid additional enforcement action.
