To Whom It May Concern:
During several trips past your property at 280 Sullivan Avenue, it has come to
my attention that the Site Plan of Development in not being complied with.
Specifically, equipment and vehicles appear to be stored in front of the office and
within the open display area. In addition, there are several dumpsters along the
westerly property line that were not indicated on the approved site plan, and are
not on concrete pads or screened from public view.
There also appears to be a pile of discarded metal along the westerly property
line. Again, the approved site plan does not allow for the presence of this
material. The approval letter stated that no outdoor display of products was
permitted, and that the outdoor storage of other material had to be'screened.
Please bring this site into compliance with your approved site plan by January
31, 2015 to avoid enforcement action by this office. If you have any questions,

To Whom It May Concern:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on June 2, 2005,
the Board approved your request with conditions for a State Hearing under section 14-
55 of the General Statutes and section 3.13 of the zoning regulations to allow a use car
dealers license, (which includes a general repairers license), at 280-302 Sullivan
Avenue, I zone.
The Board placed the following conditions on this application:
1. No more than six vehicles to be stored outside in the rear of the building,
as shown on the plans.
2. No vehicles shall be stored outside that are under repair or in disrepair.
3. No retail sales at this location.
