Re: App107-04PX, Cusson Automotive Addition
We are pleased to advise you that the above referenced application has been approved. This approval is for the
construction of a 460 sf office addition on property located at 29 Mascolo Road, I zone, as shown on plans
prepared by Messier Associates,dated 12/06, as revised subject to the following:
1. No building permit will be issued until the final mylar have been filed in the Town Clerk's office.
2. An as-built plan is required prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy per Section 8.1.11 of the Zoning
Regulations.
3. All plans used in the field by the developer must bear the stamp and authorized signature of the Town of
South Windsor.
4. Pavement markings must be maintained in good condition throughout the site drives and parking areas.
5. All free standing signs and/or building signs require the issuance of a sign permit before they are erected.
Black and white transparent mylars of Sheet #1 with the above modifications, together with three blueprint
copies of the plans must be submitted to this Commission to be stamped and signed. After the mylar have been
signed by the Commission,they will be returned to you for filing in the Office of the Town Clerk.
