Re: Construction of fourteen(14) reserved parking spaces
Michelle,
The Town Center currently has 635 constructed parking spaces. We would like to construct an
additional fourteen(14)parking spaces in the reserved areas designated on the Town Center Site
Plan, Page C-2, Dated 7-25-02. The fourteen new spaces will add an additional 2,268 sq. ft.,
equivalent to .0521 ac. of impervious area. Currently,the Town Center has 56.05 percent of
24.55ac. of impervious area, equivalent to 13.76 acres of impervious area. Adding the
additional .0521 ac. increases the impervious area to 13.81 ac. of impervious coverage,
equivalent to 56.25 percent of impervious coverage. The maximum impervious area of the site is
sixty (60)percent.

Located at the Town Center in South Windsor, 4 parking stalls in front of the west Stop & Shop
entrance will be covered with a canopy. The subject area will be sawcut to account for the canopy footings
and roof leader collector pipe. Existing pavement and line striping will be restored as required Appropriate
soil erosion control methods will be installed as well.
