Dear Mr. Hurley:
I spoke with you earlier this month regarding a home occupation you had
applied for back in March 2018. While the Town of South Windsor does
allow such businesses to operate, we do require a condominium owner to
first obtain written approval from the Condominium Association.
When I spoke to you to inquire about the letter from the Association, you
indicated that you were "all set", and "not dealing with them". While at
the time I had taken the comments to mean that you were not running
the DJ business out of your home, I see that it is listed on-line.
Please send me a letter indicating that you are not running a business out
of your home, or if you are, then provide the letter of approval from the
Condominium Association. You can contact me at (860) 644-2511,
