The Regular Meeting will follow the Public Hearing which begins at 7:30 p.m. Someone must be present at the meeting to represent the application. One sign advertising the hearing must be posted on the property for ten (10) consecutive days prior to the hearing and must be clearly visible from a town street. Request for the renewal of a two year temporary and conditional permit for a temporary office trailer at 50 Talbot Lane, I zone. The original temporary and conditional permit was issued on June 14, 2016. 2. The office trailer is approximately 814 sq ft. (40' x 20.33') and is proposed to be located at the rear of the existing building. 3. The office trailer is to be utilized while plans for a future permanent office are developed and permitted. 4. The wording of the T & C permit regulation is that, "Temporary and conditional permits may be granted by the Commission for a period not to exceed 2 years. Such approval may be given after a public hearing if, in the judgment of the Commission, the public convenience and welfare will be substantially served, and the appropriate use of neighboring property will not be substantially or permanently injured, and traffic and other hazards will not result from such use." 5.
