In the past we have received a two year permit for this sale and would like to do the same for this location. I have included in this package everything that I believe is necessary for the purposes of applying for our permits. In this envelope I have included the following: • Completed application for Zoning Application • Letter of Permission from Landowner(signed lease) • Plot Map diagram showing tent location on property • Tent Layout showing tables&exits • Copy of Tent Fabric Flame Resistance Certificate The set-up will be for the period from June 27 through July 5.The tent will be put up a few days in advance and removed as soon as possible after July 5.We will have "No Smoking" signs placed at the entrance and will have an ABC fire extinguisher as well as a Water only fire extinguisher.Traffic on average we believe will be about 2-3 cars at a time in the parking area and 5-10 people in the tent at any given time.
