Re: School bus
Dear Mr. Felix and Ms. Graffam:
This office has received several complaints about the storage of a school
bus on your property at 43 Marilyn Road. Section 3.2.1B Commercial
Vehicles of the Town Zoning regulations only allows one commercial
vehicle to be parked on residential property, provided such vehicle is a
van or pick-up type vehicle. A copy of the regulation is included for your
review.
Please remove the school bus from your property by April 30, 2018 to
avoid enforcement action by this office. You can contact me at (860)
