App, 2814-18 - Kay's Trucking, Inc./Hero Crane Service - request for a variance
to Section 6.5.413 to allow a building sign to extend 17 inches above a portion
of the roof line, on property located at 297 Pleasant Valley Road, Industrial
Zone.
The zoning regulations do not permit a building sign to project above the roof
line.
