Dear Mrs. Pietri:
Your request to add Dog Grooming in the Industrial zone as a Special Use was reviewed at the
Planning&Zoning Commission meeting on March 27, 2018. The Commission determined by
consensus that the proposed use of a dog grooming facility on the property located at 251
Sullivan Avenue as referenced in your letter is not a use permitted in the Industrial zone and
concluded other sites in General Commercial and Restricted Commercial zones will be better
suited to the use proposed.
