RE: Carla's Pasta Facility= WPCA Approval to Increase Flow Rate
Dear Mr. Ecsedy:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at.its Special Meeting on January 9,
2018, gave approval to give a twelve month approval for the request to increase the flow rate
from the existing facility that discharges into-Talbot Lane and is located at 50 Talbot Lane,
South Windsor, CT. This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. Discharge flows shall not exceed 170,000 gpd;
2. Provide a monthly 24 hour representative composite discharge report to the
Town that includes sampling results of the flow, pH, Total Suspended Solids
and Biochemical Oxygen Demand;
3. Clean oil/grease trap every two weeks;
4. Applicant shall report back to the WPCA in May 2018 for review; and
5. Applicant shall report back to the WPCA after 12 months for final approval.
