Dear Attorney Williams:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of May 2, 2017, gave
approval for connection to the Town's sewerage system for a proposed subdivision of 46.46 acres
(45 building lots) to be known as "The Estates at South Windsor", on property located at R022
and R024 Graham Road, South Windsor, CT, and as more specifically shown on plans entitled
"The Estates at South Windsor, Graham Road and Nevers Road, South Windsor, Connecticut",
prepared by Milone & MacBroom,Cheshire, CT; Project No.:1873-59, dated February 8, 2017;
Sheets GR-1 to GR-4 "Site Plan —Grading & Utilities" and Sheet PR-5 "Offroad Sewer Plan &
Profile"; Revisions Dates: 3/3/17, 3/13/17, 3/21/17 and 4118/17. This approval is subject to the
following conditions:
1. A draft of a sanitary easement allowing the Town access to the public sewer for
maintenance purposes must be reviewed and approved by the Town Attorney;
2. Installation of cleanouts will be required every 100 feet on house laterals;
3. Technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department;
4. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the-sanitary sewerage connection will be
conditional upon the installed sewer line having been inspected by the Town staff, and
upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in
substantial conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer
construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
