This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Installation of an automatic grease removal unit meeting the requirements of the State of CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection(DEEP). 2. Technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department; and 3. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be conditional upon the installed sewer line having been inspected by the Town staff, and upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction. This approval is subject to the following modifications: 1. Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting must be held with Town Staff. 2. An ass-built plan is required prior to use. 3. All plans used in the field by the developer must bear the stamp and authorized signature of the Town of South Windsor. 4. In the event the facility is going to be used after dusk,additional lighting is required and subject to review and approval of this Commission 5. Engineering comments dated 9/27/16 must be incorporated into the final plans.
