I also followed up 2 weeks ago with your boss? She said that you had the map I also provided photographs of the barn and where the 5 guineas are cooped. I buy grain two bags at a time and it is stored in with the Guinea hens in a metal garbage can. Though any mice that tried to get it would be eaten by the guineas 2nd map had fencing, barn, coop outlined as well as where manure is kept. I also included a letter explaining fly maintenance with photos of all products used (simplfly and fly predators as well as diametaceous earth) Not sure which map you are looking at but your boss (she said she was your boss) verified that you and Mr Folger's had the 2nd map. I will re forward previous correspondence Thank you Karolyn 1 Oliva, Pamela From: K.K Karlson [kakarlson@icloud.com] Sent: Friday, July 07, 2017 12:32 PM To: Oliva, Pamela Subject: Fly Control The Natural Way With Fly Predators From Spalding Labs- Fly Control Products- Spalding Labs https://www.spalding-labs.com/products/fly_control_products/default.aspx Here is the link for one if the fly preventatives we use Other two to follow Sent from my iPhone 1 Oliva, Pamela From: K.K Karlson [kakarlson@icloud.com] Sent: Friday, July 07, 2017 12:38 PM To: Oliva, Pamela Subject: Breen Diatomaceous Earth: Natural Fly Repellent https://www.diatomaceousearth.com/natural-fly-repellent/ Sent from my iPhone 1 Oliva, Pamela From: K.K Karlson [kakarlson@icloud.com] Sent: Friday, July 07, 2017 1:00 PM To: Oliva, Pamela Subject: Simplifly Attachments: FeedThroughFlyControl.pdf; ATT00001.txt 2d LI FeedThroughFlyC ATT00001.txt(89 ontrol.pdf(682... Breen 479 Pleasant Valley Road South Windsor, CT 06074 Re: Chickens and peacocks Dear Mr. Breen; I have received a complaint regarding a number of chickens and peacocks that you are keeping on your property at 479 Pleasant Valley Road. Please be advised that the Town of South Windsor, in Section 7.12 of the Zoning Regulations, requires a permit be issued for home animal agriculture activities. I have enclosed an application form for your use, as well as a copy of the relevant regulations. As there are floodplains on your property, you may have to obtain approval from the Inland Wetlands Commission for any structures related to the keeping of the animals. The nature of the complaint is that some of your animals are frequently crossing Pleasant Valley Road and roaming other properties. The regulations specify that the animals be kept in a manner that does not impact the environmental quality of the neighborhood. Please take steps immediately to ensure that your animals do not leave your property, and demonstrate how you are accomplishing that in your permit application. It appears that you have also erected signs on Town property at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road and Hilton Drive. Please be aware that it is illegal to attach any unauthorized sign to a traffic control sign, regulatory sign or utility pole. The Town zoning regulations do not allow such signage, so please remove the signs immediately.
