Dear Ms. Serrao:
Thank you for contacting me regarding your plan to open Wonderland
Parties at 915 Sullivan Avenue. This property is located in the general
commercial (GC) zone.
Based on the description of the activities that will be occurring, it is our
belief that you meet the requirements of both "amusement" and
"personal services shop" within Table 4.1.1 A of the Town Zoning
Regulations. The kid spa activities would be considered a similar
establishment to a "beauty shop" and the party room is similar to an
"assembly hall", both of which are permitted within the general
commercial zone.
