If you intend to continue the current use at this location, you will need to submit a renewal application to the Planning & Zoning Commission. Included in this request" should be all changes you have made to the site since your original approval, and any proposed changes you are considering. I have enclosed an application form for your use, as well as the new fee schedule. You will need to display a sign for ten (10) days prior to the meeting. Please submit the renewal application by February 3, 2015, so that the application can be tentatively scheduled to be heard at the February 14, 2017 Planning & Zoning Commission hearing.
