TO ALL PEOPLE TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING.•
KNOW YE, THAT THE LACAVA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Connecticut,having a principal office and place
of business in the Town of Wethersfield, County of Hartford and State of Connecticut,acting herein
by George A.LaCava,Jr.,its Vice-President,duly authorized,hereinafter referred to as the"Grantor"
without consideration received of the TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR, a municipal corporation
within the State of Connecticut,hereinafter referred to as the"Grantee"does give,grant,bargain,sell
and confirm unto the said Grantee, and its successors and assigns forever,two(2)certain pieces or
parcels of land with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto located on the easterly side
of Quarry Brook Drive, in said Town of South Windsor, which pieces or parcels of land are more
particularly bounded and described in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof, being
conveyed to the Grantee for open space and municipal purposes only,and not for building purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted and bargained premises, with the appurtenances
thereof, unto it, the said Grantee, and its successors and assigns forever, to it and their own proper
use and behoof.
AND ALSO, the said Grantor does for its successors and assigns,covenant with the said Grantee,and
with the Grantee's successors and assigns,that at and until the ensealing of these presents,it is well
seized of the premises, as a good indefeasible estate in FEE SIMPLE; and has good right to bargain
and sell the same in manner and form as is above written; and that the same is free from all
encumbrances whatsoever, except as of record appear.
AND FURTHERMORE, the said Grantor does by these presents bind itself and its successors and
assigns forever to WARRANT AND DEFEND the above granted and bargained premises to it,the
said Grantee, and to the Grantee's successors and assigns, against all claims and demands
whatsoever, except as hereinbefore mentioned.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,THE LACAVA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,has hereunto set its hand
and seal this 3 rd day of October, 2016.
