Dear Mr. Mannarino:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of July 12, 2016,
approved the application as presented for connection of a 22 unit proposed single family
residential development to the Town of South Windsor public sewerage system on Clark Street,
as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Clark Estates II, Proposed Single Family
Residential Development, Clark Estates II, Prepared for Mannarino Builders, Inc."; Prepared by
Alford Associates, Inc., Windsor, CT; Sheet No.: G-1 "Topographic and Conservation Plan",
Dated: May 16, 2016, Revision Dates: 6/9/16, 6/20/16. This approval is subject to the following
conditions:
1. This site may be subject to sewer assessment.
2. Technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department;
3. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be
conditional upon the installed sewer line having been inspected by the Town staff, and
upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed
in substantial conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting
all regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer
construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
