Dear Residents:
1. Relative to the question of the existence of a purported 15 foot wide drainage easement along
the western boundary of the lot identified as 678 Griffin Road,a search of town property
records by town employees has not disclosed the existence of any deed or other documentation
that conveys such a drainage easement to the Town Of South Windsor.
2. If such a drainage easement does exist,despite a lack of record of such, it does not convey
ownership of said 15 foot wide strip of land to the Town of South Windsor. Ownership of the 15
foot wide strip remains with the owners of 678 Griffin Road.
3. Disposal of lawn or other debris on any portion of the property east of the western boundary
line of 678 Griffin Road by the residents of adjoining properties on Graham Road constitutes
trespass. Any such debris previously deposited is to be removed immediately and no further
trespass on the property of 678 Griffin Road is permitted.
4. Further information may be obtained by contacting the Director of Planning for the Town of
South Windsor, Connecticut.
