Dear Property Owner:
In accordance with Section 7.313 of the "Town of South Windsor Inland Wetland/Watercourse
and Conservation Regulations," we are required to notify you that an application has been filed on
the property abutting yours and is pending before the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation

This project will remove accumulated vegetation from the two ponds located east of the basketball

opportunities. An aerator will be installed to further discourage mosquito breeding.
As an abutting property owner, you are invited to the Commission hearing to ask questions and/or
give comments; however, you are not required to attend. You may also submit written comments
regarding the application prior to the meeting and/or hearing if you so desire. For further
