Dear Mr. Kim:
We are pleased to advise you that at the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on April 12,
2016 the Commission determined by consensus that, in accordance with Section 4.1.2 `Other
Permitted Uses',that the establishment of a wholesale liquor distribution in the Industrial zone is
similar to the establishment of a warehouse/distribution facility (currently a permitted use in the
Industrial zone).
