Dear Mike:
I am writing to request a letter of approval(which may be received in the form of an email)from the Lakewood Association,or Somak
Property Management on behalf of the association,for my business consulting practice to operate from my home address of 68 Kingfisher
Circle.
The name of the business is Bassett Bridge LLC d/b/a Bassett Bridge Associates;d/b/a Global Markets Research Consulting. The nature of
the business is providing consulting services to Mid Cap,Small Cap and Start-up businesses in the area of strategic planning,operational
execution and business performance management. All in-person interactions with clients are conducted at client off ices/facilities and at no
time do clients visit my home. Additionally,no vendors or service provider,other than the occasional cable or equipment repair workers,
visit my home.
The work conducted on premises is internet research,document and report preparation,video and telephone conferencing,and is
conducted in a home office located in the basement of my home.
The work is not visible from the street and l do not display any type of signage indicating the presence of a business.
As 99%of my correspondence and deliveries is done electronically over the internet,my business does not generate any appreciable
volume of mail or carrier deliveries to my home.And therefore does not contribute to delivery truck traffic within the Lakewood
neighborhood.
As I am attempting to open a business bank account under the d/b/a Global Markets Research Consulting, I am requesting a letter of
approval form the Lakewood Association in order to obtain necessary documentation from the South Windsor Town Clerk office to facilitate
opening of the mentioned bank account.
