Re: Unregistered vehicles and debris on property
Dear Mr. Cristovao:
This office has received numerous telephone calls since 2010, with the last
coming in February 2016 regarding the number of unregistered vehicles
and amount of debris on your property at 12 Schanck Road/R006 Crow
Park Road.
A recent drive by your property shows at least one unregistered vehicle
and a large quantity of debris. The Town of South Windsor's Anti-Blight
Ordinance defines blight as one or more unregistered motor vehicles in
the public view. It also defines debris as abandoned, discarded or
unused objects, including containers, cans, boxes, tires and more. A
copy of the ordinance is included for your review.
Please remove any unregistered vehicles from your property as well as all
debris by March 21, 2016 to avoid enforcement action by this office. You
