Re: Unregistered vehicles
Dear Ms. Khybery:
I have received several complaints regarding the number of vehicles
parked on your property. A recent drive by your property showed three
(3) vehicles with no license plates parked in the driveway and front yard.
It does not appear, upon review of the Assessor's records, that any of
those vehicles are currently registered by you with the Town of South
Windsor
Please be aware that this situation is a violation of the Town's Anti-Blight
Ordinance. Section 3(g) of the Ordinance defines one or more
unregistered motor vehicles in the public view as blighted property. A
copy of the Ordinance has been included for your information.
Section 4 of the Anti-Blight Ordinance prohibits an owner of property to.
allow the real property to be blighted. Please remove the unregistered
vehicles by March 14, 2016 to avoid enforcement action by this office.
