(500 sf in regulated area) of storm drainage pipe in the upland review area. Pipe shall be backfilled with clean stone, loamed and seeded. Excavation will be completed in one day and seeding will occur as weather permits. I. A class A-2 map of the property drawn to 1"=40', showing the area to be developed,extent of the wetlands and watercourses affected, topography, existing and proposed activities and names and locations of adjacent property owners must be submitted.
