This structure consists of 2 separate,20 ft containers, with a steel beam and metal roofing shelter. The overall size of this is 34 feet by 20 feet by 10 feet. This removable, temporary structure has been in its existing spot for 10 years. The steel beams are screwed into the place upon the top of the containers. The metal roofing and back side are screwed into the steel beams resulting in a weather tight structure. I would like to relocate this item 100ft to my property.During my new home's design plans I designated a garage spot on my propearty which I have never built. This structure would be in placement of a permanent garage and conformed to the 21 foot setback a noted on the plot plan. This temporary removable structure has been utilized by a construction company that no longer needs the structure. This temporary structure will be located approx. 21 ft from my easterly property line corner near an electrical transformer. This will be just north of my driveway which is the location of a proposed garage that was included and approved back when the property was developed. This area will encompass approx. a 35 ft x 20 ft x 6 inches deep of ground covering consisting processed gravel for land prep and each container will be placed on 4, 6 x 6 x 8 ft long pressure treated beams to allow air circulation to flow through the bottom as not rot the containers wooden floors. Structural Integrity will follow all building code requirements with the integrity of the structure to be reviewed by Kahn and Bayer from Manchester, Ct and approved by SWBD. The back of the unit facing north toward Ellington Road will have a solid back resembling my house color(grey)and approx 4-5 bushes can be added to provide additional screening. The property lines between all my neighbors have a pre existing screens.North there is a gully and wooded area that separates my neighbors on 1581 Ellington Road(Andross)and, 1571 Dee Gueo. The same exist to the East for the Clark Street neighbors, the Mikkelson 859,861,863 and the Berman/Russo Office at 819 Clark Street.,The unit will be to the west of a 100 x 50 ft screen of evergreens.
