Caveat Release
Dear Mr. Shepard:
The South Windsor Planning Department had placed a Caveat in the land
records stating that a zoning violation existed on the subject property. The
violation involved the stockpiling of excess material, trailers, vehicles and
other junk on your property.
A field review has revealed that the material has been removed from the
property. It is now your responsibility to file the enclosed Caveat Release
form with the Town Clerk's Office. You will also find a check for the
release of the bond required in relation to the clean up of the site.

RELEASE AND NOTICE OF CORRECTION OF ZONING VIOLATION
-KNOW ALL PEOPLE BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Town of South Windsor
hereby gives notice that the zoning violation(s), referred to in the Caveat,
dated December 14, 2001 to J. E. Shepard Co. , which property is located
at L008 Governors Highway, recorded in Volume #1274 at Page #200 of
the South Windsor Land Records, have been corrected and said Caveat
is hereby released and discharged.

RE:TEMPORARY STOCKPILING AT L008 GOVERNORS HIGHWAY
Please be advised that stockpiling of excess material from the Town's Treatment Plant
construction is hereby approved at the above-referenced site. This approval is subject to the
following conditions:
1. The trailers, vehicles and other junk on the site must be removed no later than
December 31, 2009. A cash bond of $25,000 is required to ensure that the removal
occurs as scheduled.
2. Written permission for the Town and or/its contractor to enter onto the property in
order to remove the trailers,vehicles and junk if the items have not been removed as of
December 31, 2009.
