RE: 96 Gorski Drive—Forest Village Subdivision
In response to your inquiry into the completion of public improvements required as part
of the Forest Village Subdivision(some of which were incorporated into the deed for 96
Gorski Drive), I offer the following. The Town's surety for these public improvements
(iron pins, monuments, sidewalks,trees, drainage structures, roadway, etc)was released
to the developer upon successfully completing, and the town inspecting,the associated
public improvements in this subdivision.
The Town Council accepted the roads and the open space associated with this
development on April 1, 2013.
