Dear Sir/Ma'am:
This letter is in response to a field review regarding the grading activities at the southern end of
the property between the driveway and the watercourse to the east. Please be advised that the
following wetland violation exists:
TYPE OF VIOLATION: Clearing of vegetation, stockpiling of soils and grading of soil has
occurred adjacent to a watercourse within the 80-foot Upland Review Area without a permit.
This activity has occurred without any erosion controls being erected to intercept and contain
sediment from entering.the watercourse and associated wetlands.
CORRECTIVE ACTION REQUIRED; Immediately install silt fencing along the outer
perimeter of the work area. Apply for a wetlands permit, Contact this office immediately,
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Failure to comply with the terms of this notice
by September 25, 2015 will result in the issuance of a notice of violation and further
