Dear Mr. Parsons:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of September 1,
2015, approved the application as presented for connection to the Town's sewerage system of a
proposed Group Home located at 30 West Road, South Windsor, CT as more specifically shown
on plans entitled "CIL Realty, Inc. Group Home, 30 West Road (Lot 5, Podunk River Estates),
South Windsor, CT, June 30, 2015", Prepared by Lenard Engineering, Inc., Glastonbury, CT;
Drawing No.: 3 of 5 "Site Development Plan, Job No. 15-101, Dated: June 30, 2015. This
approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. Cleanouts will be installed at the bends of the lateral;
2. Technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department;
3. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be
conditional upon the installed sewer line having been inspected by the Town staff, and
upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed
in substantial conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting
all regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer
construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
