Dear Mr. & Mrs. Armentano:
A review of the survey prepared by E.B. Harvey, Jr. &Sons, Inc. on-June 26,
2015 regarding the property line adjustment between your property at 92 Gail
Lane and property at 84 Gail Lane has been completed. The proposed changes
will result in both lots conforming to the current zoning requirements regarding
frontage requirements.
Please proceed with filing the appropriate revised deeds and property surveys on
the South Windsor Land Records.
