Re: Parking of commercial vehicles in residential zone
Dear Mr. Bukowy:
This letter is in response to a telephone message left on June 19, 2015 regarding
the parking of an eighteen wheeler (cab and trailer) in the driveway of 620 Avery
Street. I have tried calling the number left, but your mailbox is full and not
accepting messages.
The Town of South Windsor restricts the parking of commercial vehicles in a
residential zone to one vehicle, provided such vehicle is a van or pick-up style
vehicle. I have attached a copy of the section of the regulations for your
information.
Accordingly, the parking of a cab and trailer would not be permitted in the
driveway of 620 Avery Street. If you any questions, please contact me at (860)
