WPCA Approval
Dear Mr. Kellner:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its special meeting of May 5, 2015,
approved the application as presented for connection to the Town's sewerage system for existing
office building located at 233 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, CT. This approval is subject to
the following conditions:
1. Installation of a water utility meter;
2. Installation of a monitoring manhole is not required;
3. Payment of a commercial connection charge in the amount of $3,811 if connection
made before Julyl, 2015;
4. Technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department;
5. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be
conditional upon the installed sewer line having been inspected by the Town staff,
and upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was
installed in substantial conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority,
and meeting all regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to
sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
