This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. There will be a sanitary sewer sampling manhole installed; 2. An easement allowing the Town access to the sampling manhole on the building sewer for monitoring purposes must be reviewed and receive the prior approval of the Town Attorney; 3. A connection charge will be due in the amount of $44,969.80 for 11.8 acres at the time of connection, the rates for which will be in effect until June 30, 2015; if expansion of the building is made in the future, there may be an additional connection charge due at that time. 4. Technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department; and 5. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be conditional upon the installed sewer line having been inspected by the Town staff, and upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
