Dear Mr. & Mrs. Mikkelson:
You have operated a temporary roadside farm stand in the past. If you
are intending to continue this activity this year, you must apply for a
permit pursuant to Section 3.2.1 D of the Town Zoning Regulations.
I have attached an application form for your convenience, along with a
plot plan. Please note the roadside stand location on the drawing.
Proposed signage should also be shown on the submitted plan.
