Re: Blighted property at L108 Main Street
Dear Ms. Woolam:
I had notified you on January 28, 2014 and again on October 7, 2014 regarding
L108 Main Street in response to concerns about the maintenance of the
property. Over time I observed the property to be littered with trucks and
trailers, in violation of the Town Anti-Blight Ordinance.
I have spoken to you in response to those letters, and we had agreed to various
extensions to the original target date for clean up. The last time we spoke, you
had hoped that the trucks and trailers would be removed by the end of
November 2014. While there has been progress toward the ultimate goal, lately
the clean up appears to have ceased. Now that the snow is no longer an
impediment, please contact me with an updated schedule to remove the
remaining trucks and trailers by May 26, 2015 to avoid enforcement action by
