Lindquist 1047 Main Street South Windsor, CT 06074 Re: Blighted property at 1047 Main Street Dear Mr. Lindquist: I sent you a letter on December 16, 2014 regarding the maintenance of your property. As stated then and in a reminder letter sent March 31, 2015, the main structure has been neglected to the point of falling into a state of decay, thereby meeting the definition of blight. I spoke to you this morning regarding that letter and the work you had done at the property. When I went by your property this morning, I saw that the chimney and roof have been repaired. At this time, you have addressed the immediate concerns, and no blight lien will be filed on this property. As we discussed, the vines growing up the sides of the house is a recurring concern. You indicated that you would attempt to stay ahead of the vines, and keep them from attaching to your home. Thank you for your cooperation in dealing with these issues. If you have any questions, please call me at (860) 644-2511, extension 251. Sincerely, o' rv- Pamela A. Oliva Zoning/Blight Enforcement Officer cc: Chief Building Official Town Attorney
