Re: Blighted property at 1047 Main Street
Dear Mr. Lindquist:
I sent you a letter on December 16, 2014 regarding the maintenance of your
property. As stated then and in several earlier letters, the main structure has
been neglected to the point of falling into a state of decay, thereby meeting the
definition of blight.
This is a reminder that the Town will be filing a blight lien, with the
associated daily penalty of one hundred dollars ($100), on the property
if it has not been fully repaired by April 30, 2015.
You have the right to appeal this action to a Hearing Officer within ten (10) days
after service of this notice on you, in accordance with the Anti-Blight Ordinance.
