This is a reminder that the Major Home Occupation to allow the operation of a skin care business on property located at 85 High Ridge Road, A-30 zone, will expire on February 9, 2015. If you intend to continue the current use at this location you will need to submit a renewal application to the Planning & Zoning Commission. There have been some changes to the process since you last renewed your permit. A copy of the revised section of the Regulations is attached. I have enclosed an application form for your use, as well as the new fee schedule. You will need to display a sign for ten (10) days prior to the meeting, and you must notify your property abutters (adjacent property owners as well as those across the street) by a certificate of mailing. If you no longer operate this business from this location, please contact the Planning Department so that we can update our files.
