Re: Lighting and sign permit for Gulf Station, 561 Sullivan Ave, South Windsor
Dear Mr. Khan:
Attached please find a copy of the Town of South Windsor's zoning regulations
regarding lighting, a change order form for the new lights, a copy of the site plan
and a permit application for the proposed signage.
We will need to see where on the site you are proposing to install the lights,
which you can note on the attached site plan. We will also need an associated
isometric light plan. These should be included with the change order. The
permit fee for the signs is $15.00/$1,000 cost of the project.
